Either the information is accurate or not. In retrospect, it seems pretty stupid to have released the transcript of the phone call. They didn't have to do that. But since they did, it has given the "whistleblower" credibility. Whoever it is, knew the substance of the July 25th phone call. The only explanation is that they have a source very close to Trump.

You’re still white washing it. Once this is over Trump needs to run quarterly black hat ops on anybody with WH access.

What is the point of whistle blower process? Is it to generate a legally-binding indictment?

No, it's to alert the people who oversee something that there's a problem. It's up to them to take appropriate action.

The IG deemed this complaint credible. The ADNI said the whistleblower did everything according to the process.

These arguments are dumb.

And since were being sticklers for process let’s make sure the whistleblower and his sources are on the access list for all this information. You libs just keep sweeping that all under the rug. There are laws governing unauthorized access to information also! So let’s be sure to investigate all of that!

Yes. Under such a scenario, I think we might even be surprised how many Republicans would vote in favor of a mild censure. That would be the smart way to play this.

Censure wouldnt appease the far left wing of the Dems..the justice Dems...AOC and her crew didn't have many friends on the hill including Pelosi but they have a huge social media following and they had successfully turned those against Nancy...even threatening to fund candidates against centrists...read up on the Congressional Black Caucus vs Justice Dems...Nancy caved to the pressure to them and imo made a huge tactical error that might give Trump a 2nd term

Fact is they won’t be satisfied with anything less than impeachment. Even for a jay walking charge at this point. There is no interest in a measured response proportional to the incident. You’d think they learned from the over reaction with Clinton’s impeachment. Yet here we are about to go thru this lunacy again. They can’t get out of their own way at this point.
