Yes, Iran would have been awarded more than that by a tribunal. The bottom line is, we took money from them and never delivered on what it was for.... and you are making a big deal over what time of the day the plane landed. LOL! That is ridiculous.
Obama is no longer a sitting President. Therefore, a criminal prosecutor (Attorney General, William Barr) would have jurisdiction. No special counsel appointment would be necessary. You are revealing quite a bit of ignorance on this topic.
There was nothing shady about it. Obama was in the process of negotiating a nuclear disarmament deal with Iran. Iran's claim had to be settled first, just as Iran had to release our hostages and also settle claims still pending against them by those individual embassy hostages held from 1979-1981, which they did.NO. What's ridiculous is that the whole mess started under Carter. We've had the Reagan, two Bush, and Clinton administrations - not to mention the first Obama administration BEFORE Obama felt the need to give Iran money. Just rough math says that's something like over 32 years of saying Iran didn't deserve anything until Obama took it on himself to shadily bow down one dark night to one of the most crooked, corrupt, and oppressive regimes on the face of the planet. BS absolute BS.
Trump wont go down that road because it would set a dangerous precedent for himself. You want to prosecute Obama for something now? Fine...but there will be hell to pay if a Democrat takes office while he is still alive... and he knows that.It would be awesome but I believe he’s untouchable as they won’t want to put the country thru that or tarnish the office. Now all of his subordinates, especially Holder and Brennan, might fry!

I don't see how anything could make sense over there. We had CIA dropping off duffle bags of cash for just a sliver of intel and they weren't even seeking intel about WMD's. Hell, basically we implemented a WMD buyback program and that's where intl on that front came from.
I think it’s more basic than those two individuals. Whichever party rings that bell, they can’t unring it and it would come back and bite them on the ass.Trump wont go down that road because it would set a dangerous precedent for himself.
