It Took A Long Time For Republicans To Abandon Nixon

Nobody is going to abandon anyone . Once we got to the point of where we are today , nothing is real anymore , every single word and action is subjective and perception , both sides are dug in so deep there’s zero middle ground so once again it’s all about which side can convince the voters in 2020. The left can’t give up now because they have sucky candidates with extreme policies to replace Trump , the right will not give up Trump because they don’t think Pence can win an election .

The Republicans took their time in 1998... and so will Democrats.

Except one thing...The Democrats have yet to follow the procedure for Impeachment. Which is why the WH is balking. They don't have to comply with a process that is not following the procedural layout in the Constitution. Follow procedure first, then call the people you want to depose.
