I believe that Sondland's testimony, is icing on top of the proof that has been established: Donald Trump withheld Congressionally approved military aid to the Ukraine, as a means of leverage against their willingness to publicly announce an investigation into the Bidens, and since Joe was running for president, that presents a very clear conflict of interest for Trump... and it also constitutes bribery. Bribery is specifically mentioned as an impeachable offense.
