I agree... but I do think that Joe Biden will be the party nominee. He is a career politician, which I don't like... and he has an inconsistent voting record. He voted for the Iraq War, which would usually be a non-starter with me. His messaging has been all over the place, similar to John Kerry, but the bottom line is that he can win. I think he will.

It's hard to disagree with this. I think it's important that we all come to terms with the fact that anyone looking to be the most powerful person on the planet probably comes with deep and dangerous character flaws.

1) That is not true. Top Ukrainian officials were told in early August about the delay of $391 million in security assistance.

2) The hold on the aid was not released until the White House became aware of the whistleblower's complaint which was filed in the middle of August. They had to release it then. They knew a scandal was coming down the pike.

3) Ukraine didn't have to do anything, because of the whistleblower complaint. That changed everything. The freeze on the aid absolutely had to be lifted once that happened.

The timeline corroborates a quid-pro-quo perfectly.

I feel like this is about the 100th time I have said this... Zelensky has to say that while Trump is still in office. He needs backing from the U.S. right now. He is in a tight spot here and understandably doesn't want to be placed in the middle of our politics.

It’s obvious that very few people on here actually READ the Mueller report. Only reciting the talking points.

The report cited all types of collusion. He was not investigating “collusion” because collusion is not a crime. He was investigating conspiracy to see if it met the legal definition. The report showed plenty of collusion, but stated that as it relates to conspiracy, he didn’t believe that there was enough evidence to support a conviction.

Very similar to the conclusions reached in the Hillary investigations.

It just doesn't register to some of Trump's defenders on here that there is anything beyond Barr:s opinion piece. Either that, or they just really don't want to know...
