Oh, you know... in the highly unlikely event that a United States Senator might demand that the press expose the person's identity, while standing next to the President at a campaign rally, they might feel some threat of exposure with reprisal later on. It would never happen, I know. We are above that as a nation of responsible and mature human beings whose leadership always follows the law.

Okay, I can accept that explanation, but for one thing. I wasn't being selective in criteria. If Congress had done the right thing with Clinton, I would say obstruction charges against Trump would be fair game. I'm not saying one President should receive benefits another President did not. I'm saying there should be consistency in how this is dealt with and should not rely upon partisan bias. I'm not looking to favor one side or the other. I don't think that government should conduct itself by favoring one side over the other. I'm a believer in justice is blind, but in politics, it rarely is. I'm not okay with that.

Alright I see what you’re saying. I think there’s even some support for it in my thought process on how impeachment is structured as an in-the-moment snapshot of acceptable behavior, because Clinton wasn’t impeached and we’ve become a much more dishonest society since then.

I think there are other distinctions that make Trump’s conduct worse than Clinton’s but I get what you’re saying.

Hitler by himself was nothing....but a man........a human man.....who by himself could accomplish nothing, and needed people who believed as he did. He was the spokesman, for the "cause". His words were fit for the "cause". The "cuase" is the issue, not the man who was at the forefront of it, or else, a country of millions could have easily done away with one human man, unless he was Superman.......

The problem here is with trains of thought and beliefs and ideals that people ascribe to, not the fact that very simply, words are words, what happens after words are spoken is up to the way individuals respond to them.

Not today. Earliest would be the 12th since they are out of session until then. Such a pressing matter they needed vacation before acting. And then when they come back they are only in session for another 6-7 days then gone until Jan. So it ain't happening this year.
