So the question remains: If Trump outs whistleblower and whistleblower is harmed, should Trump be prosecuted and, if yes, for what?

No, just like it isn't any politicians fault no matter the verbiage if some individual makes a choice to act a fool and idiot.

The fault lies with the individual and their decisions.

OBL planned and funded the mission, and was the archetype leader of the charge to attack the USA......he carries more than some guilt.......

No matter any situation it is always the indidvudal's free will, even with a gun to their head, at which point there is still a free will choice to reject, any choice the individual doesn't want to make.

Unless a manchurian candidate scenario......which could be applied to weak minded fools who are easily swayed and pushed to follow any idea or concept that their feeble minds attach to. Which unfortunately, is a lot of people, history is littered with followers and simpletons who needed a "push" to gain their balls and a want to act instead of just mulling it over.

I've said it on here a bunch, pay a lot, 5, 10, 20, 25 million dollar tax free rewards to whistleblowers of all government corruption if you want to make a dent in it. I have no problem with them staying anonymous to the public except for the internal exposure from testifying and validation/scrutiny of proof they bring being investigated in court of law. Now, if people could keep their traps shut and not leak info......

Wars and riots have started due to inaction and not speaking up when they should have also . Do we really want to start pinning the actions of the masses on presidents ? If we do , it would only be fair for it to be retro active . This would be an interesting concept going forward considering how bad the Dems want the Oval Office and how violent the far right is , as you like to point out so often .

I’m for it , not only the president , all politicians . Let’s get this ball rolling . We going to bring a whole new experience to being a politician in the US . We will see just how bad the people want to be in office . What do you figure the turnover rate is going to be ? Which party do you think will stop the pandering , tweeting , media interviews and pubic engagements first ? Lol
