So Wednesday nights and Sunday morning?Reporting back after first day of usage. I used once in the morning and once at night for 5 minutes. Really stretched out my low back. Typically, my back is super stiff/sore when I get out of bed. Today, I have marked improvement already when I got up. I’m going to try to use this thing religiously.
