Situations change in the workforce and sometimes the employee can’t adapt have to find new employment.

Nothing changed, and no, they don’t have to find new employment as evidenced by... teachers not having to find new employment and actually just waiting to be vaccinated to return to school lol.

I agree with one sentiment you express, many parents are not equipped to educate their own kids.

Not and work a full time job on top of it. Hard to pay a mortgage that way
