Great episode! I’m amazed at the pace the show moves. I thought the pirates would be an ongoing thing for a bit.

So which appearance was more exciting…
Zeb from Rebels or Tim Meadows 😂

Zeb for sure. He came on screen, I just stopped and stared. My son turned around and just looked at me over the back of his chair, eyes wide and going "oh my God, it's Zeb". "This is so cool".

Yeah I agree. My kids were pretty pumped because we we’ve been rewatching that show and they recognized him immediately.

But I personally got a good chuckle out of the latter.

This episode and really this season has been disappointing. Not sure why they didn't let grogu go with Luke. They haven't done anything with his character this season.

I’ve really enjoyed it oustide of the Coruscant episode. Lots of action every episode. Building the Mandalorian lore up for something big.

It has veered off Grogu as the main plot device which isn’t a horrible thing IMO.

I wish I could disagree but I can't. I'm starting to feel like I'm watching out of obligation rather than actually looking forward to it. And the cameos feel a tad....gimmicky; the celebrity ones, not the SW characters.

It has but honestly the whole "Grogu does something cute, everyone wants to pet him" is getting a little old.

Seen some backlash for this episode online.

I get that it was a side quest and the cameos may have come across as gratuitous but I thought it was quite fun. My kids had no idea who the cameos were. They loved the Droid cantina. Even my wife only recognized Christopher Lloyd.

Side quest are just part of this show. I actually enjoy the monster of the week format. It’s very comic booky.
