Key fact to #TrumpIndicment -- ALL charges are for conduct while Trump was President. The Constitution only authorizes indictment or trial for such conduct AFTER both impeachment and conviction by the Senate. Trump was already Acquitted by the Senate. Unconstitutional indictment!

Here’s the full Trump indictment list
I’m seeing a very alarming pattern - every single “crime” was committed
after President Trump was sworn into office
He wasn’t running his business - he was running the country!
So who actually did all this?!

The Trump indictment, which I read, would be laughable in any other circumstance. It’s the same offense copied and pasted 34 times, with the date changed each time. This is the biggest farce I’ve ever seen.

BREAKING: After unsealing the charges, top lawyers already saying there is nothing there. In fact one top lawyer warning that this may just be a terrible day for the United States of America.

Media ignoring that these felony charges do stem from the legal theory that business record fraud was meant to cover for a campaign finance violation.
Meaning, it's exactly the case the feds rejected when they looked into this.

There's a curious omission in the Donald Trump indictment and statement of facts -
The specific federal law Trump violated.

The indictment is legally insufficient on its face. New York state law does not make it a crime to influence an election. Federal law does not make it a crime either. Maybe that's why no law is actually cited in the indictment. Nor are the facts sufficient.
How could Trump have made business ledger entries in 2017 to influence an election in 2016?

1. Having read the list of charges, there's a big problem:
no actual crime has actually been charged. That's right.
If a crime is committed when the defendant acts to conceal another crime, the question is what is the underlying crime that has been committed?
2. There is literally no underlying crime even referenced. Furthermore, President Trump has not been charged or convicted of any underlying crime. There is not a crime. In fact, this is entirely unconstitutional.
3. And that's why Bragg has thrown so much against the wall -- to make it look like something it is not.

All 34 charges in the Trump indictment are "falsifying business records to conceal another crime."
"To conceal another crime" is how Alvin Bragg was able to elevate it to a felony.
But nowhere in the indictment does it say what that second crime was.

Falsification of business records with the "intent to defraud" who, exactly? Himself? These were all internal corporate records of the Trump Organization.

It’s another hoax!
The 34 counts are actually 1 accusation - and there’s no crime. It’s getting ripped apart by legal experts.
Just like Trump’s taxes that they stopped talking about…

Bragg indicted a former president for the first time ever.
The former president is running for office again.
Bragg refused to include the legal basis for the felony in the unprecedented indictment.
He bragged at his press conference he didn’t have to.
Are you kidding us???

Attention is on Trump but don't forget Biden is a criminal running the country into the ground and a trans-terrorist murdered 6 people last week.

There is no greater indictment of judges than the fact that honest people are afraid to go into court, while criminals swagger out its revolving doors.
