The (many) indictments of Donald Trump

Everybody knows poor behavior has existed since the beginning of man.
Everybody knows that Trump took it to a new, never before seen, low. By a large margin.

It was always about Trump lowering the bar to much, crossing that line that should never be crossed.

We should never normalize Trump!!
This is just dumb and ignores history.

BREAKING!!! the 9th Circuit just awarded Trump $121,962.56 in attorney fees from Stormy Daniels. Order just released. This in addition to the roughly $500k she already owes him.

He's one of those basket dwellers Hillary referenced.

he appears to be African American so he is also an oppressed, marginalized person per current DEI dogma. In the logic of intersectionality he is more oppressed than Jewish people so maybe it's his truth; his way to speak truth to power. you are exhibiting white privilege by criticizing him.

I best there is some hot sauce in that man purse.

I find such poetic justice in the fact that Trump loves New York more than any other city in the world yet he is so unpopular there.
(unpopular was the nicest way I could say it.) His kids are also now ostracized in the city they love and once called home.
Hollywood was always his second favorite city - and he's even more unpopular there.
I wonder how many times a day he regrets selling the tiny bit of soul that he had.

That's such BS. When Trump goes away, the left will create a new villain. It's like pro wrestling.
DeSantis will be next up. The left has their playbook now any Conservative/Republican that emerges as the leader of the RNC will be slandered/persecuted and if that doesn't work will have made up legal charges brought against them.

Trump's campaign has a free* T-shirt with a fake mugshot on it.

Ha ha, he's the best.

REVEALED: Terrifying rap sheets of the ten worst NYC criminals who were REPEATEDLY released by Manhattan DA Bragg as he focused on Trump indictment

  • Alvin Bragg has been criticized for his soft-on-crime policies that let many career criminals back out on the streets to terrorize New Yorkers
Manhattan District Attorney, Alvin Bragg, and his team have arrested former President Donald Trump, while some of NYC's worst criminals still roam the streets.

New Yorkers who survived the city during the pandemic remember the long months when Bragg's office became a revolving door for career criminals who hit up the streets in broad daylight and had many fearing the subways.

While Bragg's office was preparing to indict Trump, he let violent reoffenders continue to wreak havoc.

In August, Mayor Eric Adams revealed that the same 10 criminals made up nearly 500 crimes and that 60 percent of them were still roaming the streets at that time.

Not true. Put an anti-Trumper moderate like Romney up and see how well he is recieved.

Put up a candidate that is a pro-Trumper who calls the left the enemy, and you will get the deserved response.

It's kind of stupid to call someone your enemy and then expect to be greeted with open arms.

They are good at that. They have the media behind them and idiots like some on VN take it hook line and sinker. Kinda feel sorry for some of our Vol fans,…..being dumb and all. Know what I mean Vern?

Key fact to #TrumpIndicment -- ALL charges are for conduct while Trump was President. The Constitution only authorizes indictment or trial for such conduct AFTER both impeachment and conviction by the Senate. Trump was already Acquitted by the Senate. Unconstitutional indictment!

Here’s the full Trump indictment list

I’m seeing a very alarming pattern - every single “crime” was committed after President Trump was sworn into office

He wasn’t running his business - he was running the country!

So who actually did all this?!

The Trump indictment, which I read, would be laughable in any other circumstance. It’s the same offense copied and pasted 34 times, with the date changed each time. This is the biggest farce I’ve ever seen.

Media ignoring that these felony charges do stem from the legal theory that business record fraud was meant to cover for a campaign finance violation.

Meaning, it's exactly the case the feds rejected when they looked into this.

There's a curious omission in the Donald Trump indictment and statement of facts -

The specific federal law Trump violated.

The indictment is legally insufficient on its face. New York state law does not make it a crime to influence an election. Federal law does not make it a crime either. Maybe that's why no law is actually cited in the indictment. Nor are the facts sufficient.

How could Trump have made business ledger entries in 2017 to influence an election in 2016?

1. Having read the list of charges, there's a big problem: no actual crime has actually been charged. That's right.

If a crime is committed when the defendant acts to conceal another crime, the question is what is the underlying crime that has been committed?

2. There is literally no underlying crime even referenced. Furthermore, President Trump has not been charged or convicted of any underlying crime. There is not a crime. In fact, this is entirely unconstitutional.

3. And that's why Bragg has thrown so much against the wall -- to make it look like something it is not.

All 34 charges in the Trump indictment are "falsifying business records to conceal another crime."

"To conceal another crime" is how Alvin Bragg was able to elevate it to a felony.

But nowhere in the indictment does it say what that second crime was.

Falsification of business records with the "intent to defraud" who, exactly? Himself? These were all internal corporate records of the Trump Organization.

It’s another hoax!

The 34 counts are actually 1 accusation - and there’s no crime. It’s getting ripped apart by legal experts.

Just like Trump’s taxes that they stopped talking about…

Bragg indicted a former president for the first time ever.

The former president is running for office again.

Bragg refused to include the legal basis for the felony in the unprecedented indictment.

He bragged at his press conference he didn’t have to.

Are you kidding us???

Attention is on Trump but don't forget Biden is a criminal running the country into the ground and a trans-terrorist murdered 6 people last week.

There is no greater indictment of judges than the fact that honest people are afraid to go into court, while criminals swagger out its revolving doors.
