Luther, I believe that I am correct in saying that in Roe vs. Wade the a final tri-ester was ok if a mother's health was at risk. So if a Dr. states that her mental health would be dangerously affected by the birth of the child, then an abortion in the eight/ninth month could be done. The reason that I use the mental health thing is that the diagnosis can be subjective and open to abuse by the wrong people. Don't get me wrong I am not against reasonable things like the morning after pill and abortion for incest, rape and other extreme things. I also realize that in the first tri-ester things can come to light that would make an abortion a sensible option. Once that heartbeat starts though I firmly believe that the rules change. AT some point we have to protect early life.Roe v Wade had it pretty much right.
Well lest he not get all mad when people make fun of Baron.
I just do not believe that there is one in 10,000,000 women who would make that choice in month 8 or 9. And any that would, would also make a horrible mother, and probably took no care of herself during the pregnancy.Luther, I believe that I am correct in saying that in Roe vs. Wade the a final tri-ester was ok if a mother's health was at risk. Is there a lot of demand for 9 month abortions out there right now? How many women we talking here going in at 8.5 months saying please end this.Luther, I believe that I am correct in saying that in Roe vs. Wade the a final tri-ester was ok if a mother's health was at risk. Agree, I know that sometimes my politics runs somewhere to the right of Atilla the Hun, but having seen the loss of so much life has made me very appreciative of life and very intolerant of people that do not value life. Can be a very conflicting position at times.I just do not believe that there is one in 10,000,000 women who would make that choice in month 8 or 9. We are really not very far apart at all.

This is a State’s issue. We’re going to get an incredibly wide range on what distinct peoples view as legal.Probably very few yet it being legal and available was pushed, hell there were legislatures pushing for partial birth abortions being available at will. That's where the backlash started, the left took it too far and the pendulum swung like it always does and now the right is taking it too far.
You might want to look into some anger management programs. Once you're done with that, enroll in a logic class.
What has the judge done which proves that he is biased?Imagine a biased judge not wanting his biases discussed. That's like teeing it up for Trump. The first thing that should happen in this case is the judge should be dismissed.
Now that’s one I haven’t seen before but but but Clarence Thomas’ wife. He’s a democrat donor and his daughter worked for the cackling tramp. He should be removed from the caseWhat has the judge done which proves that he is biased?
Before you say anything about the political ties of his family, you should keep in mind that Clarence Thomas's wife is as politically partisan as it gets ... and he has NEVER recused himself from politically charged cases.
* I doubt that you will be consistent here, and say that Thomas should have recused himself from cases involving January 6th defendants.
