The (many) indictments of Donald Trump

There is a limit to the litigation privilege and she's headed for sanctions-ville (yet again).

Luckily, I am sure Fox will hire her down the road as she fits the bill -- so good looking it does not matter how foolish her comments.

MTG is a lot smarter than that racists Democrat Cori Bush.

Nice try. I never said they were political. I said I did not know enough about the NY tax case to have an opinion about how strong it is and that the third indictment, while absolutely true and justified, will be harder to prove than the documents case.

I see a lot of value to the country in going for the sure win versus the tougher to prove ones because if he prevails on those -- even if he loses badly in the documents case -- he will bash people over the head witrh the others and ignore the documents case.

What is true and justified about the third case?

Also if the tax case was strong, you would know about it, because you likely wouldn’t shut up about it.

They have one solid case and two political motivated nonsense cases. That’s really bad for our country. If this were happening to a democrat we’d have two hour coverage about “the end of our democracy”

I do believe the radical left won’t stop until President Trump is convicted. Which I have plenty of thoughts on that but that’s for later. But what does an incarceration look like for a former President

Hopefully, we will find out.

If he stopped breaking the law, it would make it a lot harder to convict him.

I mean I realize you continue to gloss over that fact, but maybe you'll have a moment of clarity at some point.

Did they say “fraudulent manner” or are you editorializing? It seems you’re editorializing and the emails merely said “this is how we can do this” not “this is what we can do, but it’s fraudulent”
Yes, I editorialized that. Because all the Trump appointed judges shot down their claims of fraud. The emails between them have no specificity of fraud. That's why I editorialized

Or if the radical left stopped prosecuting their political opponent for political purposes

Demanding your AG to overturn an election isn't just political. It's also criminal, especially when it's on the record. Documented. Recorded.

So you’ve got nothing? If you think it’s illegal to be wrong about a constitutional matter you’d have to argue on behalf of locking Biden up over the student loans

Pretty much sums it up................

Former Attorney General Bill Barr on Wednesday undermined a key pillar of his old boss’ defense in the special counsel’s probe into 2020 election interference, telling CNN’s Kaitlan Collins that Donald Trump “knew well he lost the election.”

The former attorney general also described Trump’s alleged actions as detailed in the indictment as “nauseating” and “despicable,” saying on “The Source,” “someone who engaged in that kind of bullying about a process that is fundamental to our system and to our self-government shouldn’t be anywhere near the Oval Office.

You’re going to need more than one man’s opinion to show that

You're doing some heavy conflating there. This isn't about Biden though. You stray, but I'll play. 🤭 Lock Biden up for a myriad of reasons besides his SL EO. Trying to compare that with an organized attempt to overthrow a Presidential election is laughable and pathetic. And please don't go "constitutional". That's laughable while defending the great, con artist and grifter. Not one proud Trump supporter can intelligently debate his record as a grifter

Trump is an idiot and a narcissist but he's not that stupid. He may have suspected some funny business at first but he had his own lawyers as well as his own circle telling him it was all a bunch of bs with further investigation. He played it out way beyond its expiration date (still sadly kicking the ball here and there to this day) so I think it would be pretty gullible to believe Trump, a known grifter, didn't know he was grifting for years at this point.

That being said, none of that matters because I don't think his mindset can be proven in court. It's a moot point legally. I just don't think it's all that big of a mystery.

Wouldn't an attempt to overthrow a president be a fake dossier signed by FBI, used to get a fraudulent warrant???

You’re all over the place here. The point is simple. You have to prove trump did not belief he won or that trump did not believe what he was doing to be constitutional. You have to “go constitutional” to actually analyze the crime

GOP Representative and presidential candidate Will Hurd trying to talk sense to Republicans and MAGA today. He calls the situation with the gangster "deeply embarrassing" and that Repubiicans should be "sick and tired of trump' and get out in the primaries and vote for other candidates. That WOULD be the sensible thing to do...but MAGA, they ain't sensible.

Embarrassing, yes. Criminal, no

Is that in the indictment against Trump? That's an entirely different case. Paul Manafort served time. Served time for colluding with Russia. Law enforcement, in the past, have bypassed procedure, broken laws and planted evidence to get career criminals who were well insulated. Please acknowledge the close knit, Trump aides who have gone to jail because of him. My God, it's documented FACTS
