You are as well manipulating the facts. So he tells people knowing some of them have guns to go the Capitol to "Peacefully Protest". What's more, he feeds the fire regarding his comments regarding Mike Pence. Most Importantly, they did not charge him with incitement because Trump had the right to use the words he used under the 1st Amendment which not a crime. The media has played the "Peaceful walk and Peaceful Protest" part of his speech, and have charged a 1000 and will more than likely charge a 1000 more. Again all Trump had to do was concede the election, keep his mouth shut and run again. If he does, then he is the overwhelming favorite. He could win in 2024 but the path is a lot more painful than the obvious.

I will 100% vote for Biden in 24 if it is between him and Trump and there is not a viable third option.

I am sorry but the Media and Social Media for both sides is what is keeping the Crap stir along with bias reporting and half truths. For both sides propaganda is what sells the Media no matter what the truth/facts are. Each side can counter deflect or ignore. It is a tit for tat but heaven forbid if some of these pro left and right wingers had to read to get to the bottom of something. If a politician told the truth he would not last past a month. Trump shows his true colors and it seems to be working, but without media he is just another Joe Biden.

1) some pretty smart lawyers who have read through everything say this is a nothing burger.
2) What little bit I know about this latest seems to boil down to Trump behaved like a cad, made atrocious statements, blah, blah, blah. Heck. I agree. But we should not imprison people because we don't like their political speech and I trust the courts to uphold that.
3) the anti-Trump crowd has gotten more irrational about him as every "we got him now" attempt has failed or been proven to have been made up and/or a product of their echo chambers. See nothing about this that seems any different. Just for example, take Adam Schiff. The man seems to be positively deranged about Trump and has been wrong virtually every single time he opens his mouth. Why would I have any confidence they "have him now?"

Jonathan Turley has gone on Fox News and said that the Special Counsel indictments appear strong. You are flat-out making up #1.

Alan Dershowitz is a Trump supporter and he has reiterated the same thing. Dershowitz has also refused many overtures to join Trump's defense team ... reportedly because he doesn't think he could win the case. He did serve as counsel for Trump during his one of his impeachments, and he also worked for Kari Lake. Dershowitz is anything but anti-Trump.

The DNC did not want Biden. But the DNC did get behind Biden.
I've never not voted for a Dem in a presidential election because the dem has always been far and away my prefered viable candidate. I will always vote for the viable candidate that best represents my priorities and values.

The Democratic Party is completely void of charismatic and forceful personalities at the moment. It's a real problem. Nobody has the ability to inspire the base the way Bill Clinton and Barack Obama did. The only thing saving the Democratic Party right now is that Republicans are married to Trump ... and Trump provides the necessary energy to the Democratic Party base to get out and vote against him.
