Simply read the indictment, one of the charges, Trump committed during the period that Congress was waiting to reconvene to finish the Electoral College Vote. It's pretty cut and dry. If true, the first question is what the jury or Judge will decide and if it does stick whether or not it passes the Litmus Test for Appeal. You seem to think Media will take over, no. It will be the direct questioning (Testimony) of Pence and others who heard and witnessed it.

I will 100% vote for Biden in 24 if it is between him and Trump and there is not a viable third option.
