I don’t see Trump getting more than just a slap on the wrist. People of Trump’s political status rarely get any sort of severe penalties. Plus, I’m not sure the Democrat Party truly wants Trump imprisoned. Their supporters obviously want him locked up, but the party establishment I believe sees things differently. He’s too good at being their bad guy for them to want him locked up.

I do agree these indictments are going to lead to things getting very ugly, though. The vitriol between the two sides of the aisle has strengthened and will continue to strengthen as a result of this.

Dershowitz is just giving the honest facts that do not happen to jibe with your wet dreams of an innocent man named Donald Trump going to jail. All indictments so far have been shams and this is just another one.

Biden got 81 million votes, that's not the issue. The issue is can you prove beyond a shadow of doubt, including the fact you do not have audits from all states, particularly states as Wis, Mich and PA that prove all 81 million ballots were valid and legal? Just saying it does not prove it.

Ruby Freeman and her daughter have been cleared of election fraud.

There is substantial evidence that Trump has broken laws. The classified documents charges are just about indisputable. The "alternate elector" scheme is a pitfall for him as well.

Alan Dershowitz will customize any legal argument to meet his needs. He is biased in favor of Trump and Trump's allies. Dershowitz was recently fined for filing a frivolous law suit on behalf of Kari Lake - at Trump's request.

If Trump could prove voter fraud, he would have done it by now. Biden has been President for 2 1/2 years.

Just like some delusional people in this forum, he is still clinging to the long-ago debunked lies about Ruby Freeman and her daughter. Incredibly, he still hasn't let that go. He still talks about it. Trump is as stupid and stubborn, as he is dishonest.

It’s just funny how there was so much alleged cheating in Georgia when Stacey Abrams did not win, the Republicans were masterminds lol.. and then suddenly, everything in Georgia was above board with no funny business with regard to the general election 😂.. I have friends in Marietta and Fulton County and is just common knowledge that it is extremely corrupt local government.. no matter which side of the aisle you are on
