"You and your ilk continue to rationalize it"
As if both sides don't rationalize their leaders lying. Seems like you're deflecting that fact. Politicians lie.
Have votes ever been found after they were counted?
I know what I said---the media/political establishments allow too much lead way when a honest politician is accused of an act that is not truthful to go unchecked. Once checked it is too late. I can lie about you all day for sound bites and get away with it. Once the Damage is done, planted it goes on for ever. A honest politician might as well not run.I don't see why they couldn't unless you are implying the media and political establishment wouldn't allow it?
This may be the most reasonable post that you have made about Trump, imo. I don't disagree in the least that Trump would accept them.12,000 of them? And all for one guy? I mean, if they were randomly in uncounted boxes it would have to be a net of 12,000, so more like "finding" 50,000 + to get to that net. And that assumes its all Trump counties. Realistically for him to net 12,000 I'm sure it would have to be more like 100,000 "found" ballots.
I'm not saying he wanted them to go out and manufacture the votes, though if they offered to do so I am 100 % sure he'd have been okay with that and I imagine everyone here knows to a moral certainty that he'd have said okay.
Exactly, BUT he knew what to say to get the evangelicals on boardThis may be the most reasonable post that you have made about Trump, imo. I don't disagree in the least that Trump would accept them.
I believe that he thinks he won by 100,000 votes and that if dude would dig into it that he would see that Trump had won. Since the votes weren't there the guy must not have been doing his job in Trumps mind.
I find it very funny that folks think Trump is a fool and incompetent until they trying to show how celebrate his schemes to get elected(2016) and stay elected are, when i truth he is just a ignorant narcissist with a touch of megalomania.
You are consistently wrong. Our disagreement is insurmountable. I believe that our federal government is the root cause of our discourse and division (parties be damned) and you believe that our federal government is the solution to our discourse and division. That's a mountain that can't be climbed.
LOL....Primaries baby, that's where it's at!!!!See this is your problem….self reflection of your own party. We had Trump because of entitlement politics of Hillary being the next one up. So instead of addressing that problem, you default to Trump. After having Biden, Trump years not looking so bad.
Didn't Kemp in GA win by a 100,000 votes? I think Trump felt that if GA Republicans voted that strong for Kemp they would have voted for him as well. The Republican Party should and may run Kemp for President, but he needs to get into the race soon. I think it would shake some polls up.This may be the most reasonable post that you have made about Trump, imo. I don't disagree in the least that Trump would accept them.

The federal government certainly didn't cause it, and it's certainly not going to fix it.
But you are correct to think that our disagreement about the root cause of discourse and division is insurmountable.
That's where you veer off course. The states' inability to govern themselves is precisely what necessitated federal growth. The federal government, it's continued growth and overreach is absolutely the cause. We do agree that the federal government is incapable of fixing it so the only recourse is for the states to do it by neutering the federal government.

I would love for the states to function so well that the federal government is hardly needed.
I would love to see cities and counties function so well there is hardly a need for state government.
I would love to see individuals, communities, religious groups, etc. function so well there is hardly a need for local government.
I'm all for reducing the need for government as much as possible.....always have been.
