The (many) indictments of Donald Trump

"You and your ilk continue to rationalize it"

As if both sides don't rationalize their leaders lying. Seems like you're deflecting that fact. Politicians lie.

Just stop.

He didn't say anything about Biden or say anything about only one side "rationalizing it." You're having an argument with yourself and manufacturing points to an argument he never made.

He accused trump supporters of deflection and whataboutisim and your direct response to that was to deflect and whatabout.

Have votes ever been found after they were counted?

12,000 of them? And all for one guy? I mean, if they were randomly in uncounted boxes it would have to be a net of 12,000, so more like "finding" 50,000 + to get to that net. And that assumes its all Trump counties. Realistically for him to net 12,000 I'm sure it would have to be more like 100,000 "found" ballots.

I'm not saying he wanted them to go out and manufacture the votes, though if they offered to do so I am 100 % sure he'd have been okay with that and I imagine everyone here knows to a moral certainty that he'd have said okay.

Yes, Because we all stick to only what the thread title says.

He asked why I was so intent to discuss trump nonsense in a thread about trumps nonsense.

I don't see why they couldn't unless you are implying the media and political establishment wouldn't allow it?
I know what I said---the media/political establishments allow too much lead way when a honest politician is accused of an act that is not truthful to go unchecked. Once checked it is too late. I can lie about you all day for sound bites and get away with it. Once the Damage is done, planted it goes on for ever. A honest politician might as well not run.

This may be the most reasonable post that you have made about Trump, imo. I don't disagree in the least that Trump would accept them.

I believe that he thinks he won by 100,000 votes and that if dude would dig into it that he would see that Trump had won. Since the votes weren't there the guy must not have been doing his job in Trumps mind.

I find it very funny that folks think Trump is a fool and incompetent until they try to show how celebrate his schemes to get elected(2016) and stay elected are, when i truth he is just a ignorant narcissist with a touch of megalomania.

Trump had been told for 2 weeks before the his request to GA that he lost the election. If what we are told is true.
He lost 60 out of 61 legal proceedings during that period.
Barr & others told him that the votes were not there.
GA did not have enough electoral votes to swing the election, but it could have justified Pence not certifying the Electoral College vote. Oh wait, not allowed under the Constitution.
The other States Fake Elector votes would never be entered into the mix.
This was a Trump ego play.

Exactly, BUT he knew what to say to get the evangelicals on board

Our disagreement is insurmountable. I believe that our federal government is the root cause of our discourse and division (parties be damned) and you believe that our federal government is the solution to our discourse and division. That's a mountain that can't be climbed.
You are consistently wrong.

I believe the federal government is one of the worst solutions to solving our discourse and division.
The federal government certainly didn't cause it, and it's certainly not going to fix it.

But you are correct to think that our disagreement about the root cause of discourse and division is insurmountable.

See this is your problem….self reflection of your own party. We had Trump because of entitlement politics of Hillary being the next one up. So instead of addressing that problem, you default to Trump. After having Biden, Trump years not looking so bad.
LOL....Primaries baby, that's where it's at!!!!

Didn't Kemp in GA win by a 100,000 votes? I think Trump felt that if GA Republicans voted that strong for Kemp they would have voted for him as well. The Republican Party should and may run Kemp for President, but he needs to get into the race soon. I think it would shake some polls up.

The federal government, it's continued growth and overreach is absolutely the cause. We do agree that the federal government is incapable of fixing it so the only recourse is for the states to do it by neutering the federal government.

That's where you veer off course. The states' inability to govern themselves is precisely what necessitated federal growth.
I would love for the states to function so well that the federal government is hardly needed.
I would love to see cities and counties function so well there is hardly a need for state government.
I would love to see individuals, communities, religious groups, etc. function so well there is hardly a need for local government.

I'm all for reducing the need for government as much as possible.....always have been.

This one sentence is why you are a fool.

EXCLUSIVE: Yuscil Taveras, the Mar-a-Lago IT director who flipped on Donald Trump, is a Registered Democrat with a history of money troubles and a part-time gig as 'DJ Juicy'

The Mar-a-Lago IT director who flipped on Donald Trump in the classified documents case is a part-time DJ and registered Democrat with a history of money troubles, DailyMail.com can exclusively reveal.

Yuscil Taveras, 45, managed to rack up debts of nearly $750,000 despite holding down a string of well-paid tech jobs and moonlighting as 'DJ Juicy.'

The dad-of-two battled back from bankruptcy but now finds himself a pivotal figure in Special Counsel Jack Smith's efforts to convict Trump of mishandling top secret government material.

Justice Department filings suggest that Taveras – described as 'Trump employee 4' – initially denied any knowledge of an alleged plot to wipe incriminating CCTV from a server at the former President's swish Florida residence.

But when Smith's team threatened him with perjury charges, Taveras fired his Trump-appointed lawyer, 'recanted' his previous evidence, and will likely testify against his former employer when the case goes to trial.

The New York native has scrubbed his social media and kept a low profile since his explosive U-turn was revealed in an August 22 federal court filing.

He and his wife are currently renting a smart $850,000 home in a gated community in Lake Worth, Florida, less than 30 minutes from the Mar-a-Lago Club, where the longtime Trump organization employee has worked for the past several years.
