The (many) indictments of Donald Trump

Republican in Name Only which is what Trump is. If he could have ran as a Democrat he would have. If he could run as an independent he would have. He is not a Republican except by name. The only Republican association and loyalty he has to the Republican Party is his name on a ballot.
Do you know what a Republican is?
😂. I used to know what Republicans were. Sadly I don't think many exist anymore. Certainly not in DC

Yes, but it's like having hamburgers every night, complaining about it and then being excited about chomping down on a steaming dog turd simply because it's not a hamburger.

Yeah, he is against a broken system but that doesn't necessarily mean that he is going to make things better. People compare him to Gracchi brothers in Rome and that sounds interesting. Andrew Jackson is another comparison but I am not sure that fits as well.

Caesar and Napoleon are both comparisons as both were hated by establishment but loved by people. I am NOT sure Trump has all of the people behind him but he definitely touches a group that feels left behind.

Instead of insulting Trump's base, people should be paying attention to the issues that created it. You can make a similar argument with the base behind BLM and Occupy Wall Street.

I also think our government/politicians, across the board, don't do a good job of explaining real challenges in our world to people. Of course Generation Z and Millennials won't have financial success of Baby Boomers (although late Baby Boomers were impacted by this as well), the World was literally in ruins and USA was the sole economic powers for years. Once nations rebuilt and came onto the world scene again like Germany, Japan, China, the world economy became global again and USA economic dominance was going to weaken. USA lived in a bubble off their success after WW2 and it was never going to last.

The scary thing is the fact that AGs are trying to convict Trump on "Trumped" up charges... lol at the Pun. That runs afoul of basic legal ethics and these AGs should probably be disbarred IMO.

I get the arguments against Trump but I feel like the Anti-Trump crowd isn't focused on the issues of Government overreach to battle against Trump. Some of the Anti-Trump behavior is downright disturbing. I don't like Trump by any means but I may end up voting for him over Biden just off the simple fact of how bad/corrupt the Democrats have been about just violating basic ethical principles and the double-standard that they are not held to the same level of accountability as their opponents.

In fact, all of those actions are the very fuel that is getting people behind Trump. If they backed off their attacks, Trump's support would dwindle.

You're worried about "basic ethical principles" but might support the gangster? Do you people pay attention to the world and reality at all? Apparently not. NOBODY but nobody violates more ethical principles than the gangster: he has long set new standards for corruption, dishonesty, and generally vile behavior. The man tried to steal an American presidential election and incited an attack on the U.S. Capitol that resulted in several deaths--including four or five police officers--and you're worried about the ethical principles of others? Logic is not a MAGA/rube specialty.

He breaks laws. He stole classified documents and refused numerous government requests to return them--and then lied about it.
He's committed tax fraud in New York and elsewhere for decades.
He committed sedition.
He wants to be the gay lover of a murderous dictator who's America's enemy and who invaded a sovereign country and is responsible for tens of thousands of deaths and who and is wanted by dozens of countries for war crimes.
He tried to get the top election official in Georgia to commit felony vote fraud
He was rightly impeached twice.
He used the presidency to line his own pocket--significantly.

And that's tip of the gangster corruption/vile human being iceberg.

Ethical principles? You guys are comical. Lack of education is a serious thing.

Why are you homophobic? Be better.

America loves and underdog...all the left has done is make a multi millionaire an underdog bu coming at his nonstop for 7 years...notice most on here are more upset by his personal life then by what he actually accomplished in office. Trump wont get my primary vote, but against the Dems he will 100%. Unless convictions hold after he appeals...

Wrongful prosecution is very bad, more so than any items he has done. Do I like Trump? No. Will I vote against him in the primary... yes.

However, I don't think you realize how bad the stuff of his opponents truly is and the fact that they bury it makes it worse.

Already point #2 has been proven wrong based on a recent decision after expert witness in New York. Granted, I should let it play out and perhaps maybe Trump will be knocked out of the running and we both get our wish but the charges seem politically motivated which is basically in the playbook of radical organizations and not in the spirit of what America is all about.

You seem pretty brainwashed to be frank.

Speedo, please limit your posts to a few sentences. Less is more sometimes. I’m really trying to help you out here.

Mr. Bernie Goat. I don’t know why folks take things so personal. I certainly don’t.

Unless you complain of me dining shirtless. You keep your house hot I’m taking off my shirt.
No worries about that. You're welcome at my house anytime. It stays around 65°-68° in the winter. We won't be witness to your man boobs😆

Thanks. We stay at 65 in winter. Although the Wife and kids adjust the gas logs in the dens and I sometimes have to go outside to cool off.
😆 I am fully electric and burn natural fires in my fireplaces. I always have a large stack of firewood. Don't care for our natural gas supplier here

You happen to be talking to a Rotarian and a volunteer fire fighter. I have more credentials in my pinky than you.
What credible credentials do you have? If you have been to one you have been to more than I have...I am more of a Jelly Roll fan.

I passed a Hunter Safety course, I’m ACLS Certified, I read TB skin tests for free.

But I don’t like jelly rolls. Not a big fan of sweets. I do enjoy homemade Chex mix.

Trump blew his chances for reelection when he ignored my advice to use his four years out of office to perfect the Obadiah Stane look. Could it be true that the Donald cannot grow a decent beard?

This trial is a face-saving mission for the regime and media as much as it is a criminal proceeding to convict Trump.

As J6 narrative falls apart and Americans question what really happened--why law enforcement failed, why no National Guard, how many undercover assets involved, where are records and videos--Jack Smith's plan is to try to reconvince the country Trump was responsible for what happened.

The point of searching Trump's phones, esp related to when Twitter was open, is to show how he could have sent tweets sooner to settle the crowd.

Smith will drag out the well-worn "187 minutes" concocted by J6 committee to demonstrate how Trump lured the crowd to the Capitol.

He tipped his hand in a motion filed last week.

Trump's lawyers asked for voluminous discovery from numerous agencies incl Capitol Police and FBI. Smith opposed the request--insisting police were "victims." Smith also opposed Trump's request for info on undercover agents (possibly hundreds from several agencies) and informants.

Judge Chutkan undoubtedly will acquiesce to Smith so he can focus only on Trump and conceal law enforcement/intel failures that were either intentional or unintentional--or a combination of both.

Biden regime falsely accuses Trump of fake crimes and, in a tyrannical abuse of Trump's civil and human rights, uses the resulting abusive court process to look through his phone.
