New York AG promising to “get Trump”, and then doing so via methods the NY Governor then came out and said no one else needs to worry about?

I believe the Special Prosecutor just admitted in court that there are no other examples of Executives being indicted under the Act he is, signaling possible selective prosecution?

It hasn't affected the Presidential Campaign at all. Trump is leading. It has turned both Campaigns into which side can tell the most believable lies and Misdirection all to get your vote. If I didn't know any better I would believe that Trump is throwing the election. If the Democrats had ditched Biden and gone with a better candidate (Trump loses in a landslide), but no-one available. So we end up with 2 undesirable old men of which one doesn't have a clue (forgot) and the other has no clue (his way) on how to run this country. Biden running to prevent Trump from office, Trump running for Control and dynamic change (himself). Not much of a choice here.

Pretty bland response here by you - well analyze and thought out. Seeing Trump is getting a bounce from this in the polls. It is all about $$$$ and control. The Republican party is being destroyed in the process. Even MTG is calling it the MAGA party and has taken over the Republican Party.

The only poll that matters is the one taken in November. All this talk about minority vote turning to the right is a bunch of horse ****. I guarantee you that when the democrats start promising free **** they will once again fall in line. They ALWAYS do. And then they will once again wonder why nothing is built, nothing is back and nothing is better.

Trump IS a choice because he is anti establishment. Even his own party hates him. That is a GREAT thing. It is fascinating to me that everybody hates congress because they are trough dwellers, but they want the president to come from that same cesspool. Actually it makes no sense.

MAGA baby. Let's then go scorched earth on these clowns. ALL of them.

Ultimately, the AA vote is going to go 90-92% to Biden.

The bigger issue will be turnout with the AA vote. Do you get 2008 or 2020 turnout or do you get 2016?

And he points out the uncanny similarities between his client’s predicament and the notorious case James brought against Donald Trump for supposedly inflating the value of his properties to get a better mortgage, “although her office is now taking a polar opposite position.”

The lawsuit alleges that Doyle was given “fraudulently inflated valuations” of the townhouse, putting its market value at over $80 million. Dr. Cahill and the Society’s current President-General, James Normile, “made representations to [Doyle] that the building had ‘air rights’ and could be built, or rebuilt, higher than its current height.

“In reality, there were no ‘air rights’ and the actual value is closer to $20 million. [The Society] made a gross over-valuation” of the townhouse, which induced Doyle to make the $3 million loan.

“Tish James said, ‘nobody is above the law,’ which should include Tish James, who seems to have actively aided and abetted in the Art of the Steal,” Parlatore told The Post.

Trump, she took the opposite position, holding that “where an organization inflates the value of a property to obtain a loan, that is fraud, even where the lender was aware of the actual value and was paid in full,” Doyle’s lawsuit says.

This is really sickening. It was obvious from the start that the whole point of Lara Trump becoming the Republican National Committee Chair was to steer RNC funds towards paying Donald Trump's personal legal expenses. The Trump Campaign said that RNC funds wouldn't be used for Trump's legal bills, but that was a lie.

BREAKING: CNN drops bombshell, reveals that Trump’s lawyers just told the New York appeals court overseeing the his civil fraud case that Trump “can’t find an insurance company to underwrite his bond to cover” his $454 million bond.

But it gets even WORSE for Trump…CNN also reports that “Trump’s attorneys said he has approached 30 underwriters to back the bond, which is due by the end of this month.”Adding insult to injury, Trump’s lawyers told the judge that “the amount of the judgment, with interest, exceeds $464 million, and very few bonding companies will consider a bond of anything approaching that magnitude,”

CNN’s report continues, “The insurance broker, Gary Giuletti, who testified for Trump during the civil fraud trial, signed an affidavit stating that securing a bond in the full amount “is a practical impossibility.”Potential underwriters are seeking cash to back the bond, not properties, according to Trump’s lawyers.”

Now, Trump’s lawyers are desperately begging the appeals court to “delay posting the bond until his appeal of the case is over, arguing that the value of Trump’s properties far exceed the judgment.”Unfortunately for Donald Trump, everyone now knows that he grossly over values his properties — and insurance companies want cash instead of overvalued, fraudulent properties as collateral.
