You must have missed all the posts where I blasted Trump too I guess. He is disgusting and Joe is disgusting. The two are not mutually exclusive you know. Wouldn’t mind seeing them both sharing a cell together in Levenworth.
Let justice fall across the board.

The judge in this case can refer her for prosecution (I guess) but he can’t convict her or remove her from office.

I can't wait until I get called for jury duty again. I'll ask the political party of the accused, and if the say democrat, I will asked to be excused so as to not waste my time on a foregone conclusion.

I have been called worse. Trump is innocent of all charges, some of you need to get a grip on reality.
Willis will get what's coming to her in the long run. Maybe sooner than you think. I guess the best solution for some of you is to get rid of her assign it to another DA to have him dismiss the charges and Trump doesn't go to jail. I don't know what kind of myth or legend you think DJT is but have fun playing the game.
The only argument most have in this Thread is to blame it on the Democrats, several Republicans who are not Pro-Trump, the DOJ, the FBI, the real victims or a poster that doesn't agree with their viewpoint.

All you do is live under labels. You spent an entire post going through labels. Those are in place and created to keep us separated. I’ve been trying to show you the way but it is not taking. The only label that matters is American Citizens. That is who is being attacked. Forget the labeling.

whether or not she should be removed is irrelevant to Trump's innocence or guilt. on the latter I believe any sane person would rather have a case thrown out then go to court to "clear your name" (which smacks of Pelosi's "prove your innocence" commentary)

I find the split the baby ruling bizarre but FW deserves the same due process as any other person so I'm not in the group demanding immediate sanctions for her.

Wouldn’t you agree that she just had due process? She had her days in court which appear to show she’s been involved in crimes and must be removed from her position until a criminal trial takes place.

No. The process for indictment has not been done, the process (whatever that is in GA) for removing an elected official from office has not been done.

Guys you don’t want our corrupt judicial system short circuiting due process, everyone is entitled to due process regardless of if they deserve it.

I see what you are saying, but it still seems like what she just went through was enough to sideline her from this case legally. Either way, I agree with you that due process needs to take place in all situations.
