And you can keep screaming that until your voice goes out, doesn’t make it true. GOP has the house, so where’s all the investigations and evidence against Biden? I know it’s trendy for conservatives to call everybody they don’t like groomers, but it’s getting pretty pathetic at this point.

GOP has had the House for about 3 months and have already shown a paper trail of money from China to the Biden family. The investigations have just started and have already produced evidence.

What's your time limit?

The right? Congress has the right to waste our tax money on about anything they want. Republicans that claim to be fiscally responsible and support small government shouldn’t exercise that right. It’s our money they’re wasting.

I agree, how do you propose then that an investigation into the DAs motive...because persecution of a political opponent is illegal isn't it?? ( Honestly not sure)

Yes and no. Yes, they have no business in a local matter but what they are looking at is that the DA is essentially considering a spurious charge with the intent purpose to influence a major Federal election. That is certainly in their wheelhouse.

No. The HoRs shone focused on their constituents in their districts and nothing else. If anyone should be looking at this at the federal level it should be the DOJ.

Now that being said, Congress controls the purse strings. So if the house majority wants to make a statement about something like this they should refuse to pass a budget which funds the DOJ. But what do they do every year? They keep funding the very agencies they keep railing about. Why? So they have talking points to raise money.

Isn't the problem is the DOJ isn't doing thier job. So HOr cuts thier funding. Then what...it still doesn't fix the issue of a needed investigation. This could be a serious case of treason.

Not sure how there’s an argument for treason. Trump didn’t commit treason (at least not in this case). Bragg possibly prosecuting a case that he didn’t have interest in 18 months ago is politically crass but doesn’t rise to treason. Bragg should have been removed from office when he tried to prosecute the poor bodega owner. After that, whatever he does shouldn’t surprise anyone. Another reason not to live there.
