If he is being pushed bythe Biden white house or DNC...couple that with the payment from China. If arresting(on poor charges) your political opponents isn't treason then What is it?

Well it’s spelled out pretty clearly in Article 3. Theres a difference between despicable and possibly criminal versus actual treason.

It's never enough for Donald Trump to simply say :

"I'm innocent of the allegations which are currently under investigation."

Every statement Trump makes has to be a boastful declaration, and so, it becomes :

"I'm the most innocent man in the history of our country."

😂 He always makes me laugh.. he has the same birthday as my husband and they share a lot of the same traits.. he means about 60 percent of what he says and sometimes just talks to hear himself talk.. but is actually a pretty harmless person minus the ambition 😂 But, seeing how I have benefited from his drive, it’s not such a bad trait to have in a spouse lol

TREASON : noun ... The crime of betraying one's country, especially by attempting to kill the sovereign or overthrow the government.

How does what you are describing fit the definition of treason? That word (treason) gets thrown around on here far too frequently ... and it's almost always misused.

In the context of the law, treason is a crime that can be proven on the grounds of either "levying war" or "providing aid or comfort," strengthening an opposing force to a government or sovereign, or directly attacking a government or sovereign.

Trump at several points promoted disruption of the peaceful transfer of power, which is the hallmark of American government. And it wasn't lightly done, he seriously tried to prevent it. That's treason.

Trump purposely speaks in such an imprecise manner, that it's hard to pin his intentions down when transcribed. He always leaves wiggle room.

When you listen to his phone call with Georgia's Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger, it's especially evident that he understands there is a line which he can not cross.

He carefully phrases statements such as, "Something happened in Georgia," rather than making a specific allegation.

When he is making a request of Raffensperger, it's never direct. Instead, Trump says, "I just need to find __ votes, which is one more than what we have, because we won Georgia." He is very careful to avoid specifically explaining what it is that he wants Raffensperger to do for him. That way, if laws are broken, Trump can retain plausible deniability.

That is how Trump operates. It's very sleazy... and similar to how a Mafia boss works.

Providing Aid comfort, strengthing to a opponent. That why I said in combo....we till don't know what this payments from China are for that the Bidens are denying despite the financial records show them. So what did China get in return from Joe?? Did he influence certain bill or such to increase China's influence in the US or just strengthened China's trade etc...which is an aiding an opponent of the US against the US

That's a stretch. The Trump family has conducted just as much business in China over the last 20 years as the Biden's have. I can provide links to that business activity if you like.

You use Trump's lie at TT with a necessity of a $40M investigation.

To a degree, yes. But TDS is a primary driver that can’t be ignored. Several on this board have it, as do many in our society. Hard to watch.
