Let NY be NY and if say TX wants to indict Bragg or some other NY official for whatever let TX be TX. Keep the feds out of it, it wasn't a federal case. If Trumps lawyers think NY violated his civil rights or some other federal statute then appeal his conviction to the federal courts.

Interesting. Trump now lives in Florida. Would you be OK with him just giving the middle finger to the state of NY on any trial and saying I will not attend or respect any warrant they may have? Who cares what they say about any politically charged case? Just ignore it and never go to NY state again. Let them shiz in one hand and want in the other. Easy peasy. So Merchan agrees that Trump committed 34 felonies for the purposes of deceiving the American electorate and stealing a presidential election, but he's not going to sentence Trump to incareration or probation? This is a tacit admission that the entire point of this nonsense was to be able to call Trump a "convicted felon." Nothing more.
