And you know what's sad? The refs stole 4 points from us in the first half so we should've been in the lead at the end anyway.....
The good guys finished last. Cheaters get ahead. I hope Higgins gets his ass beaten and that floppy rug shaved off.

Definitely awful refs in the 1st. UK just couldn't get stops when it mattered.

They were very sad about their draft stock going down........ not necessarily about the school that they have spent almost 5 months "attending".

Oh, my: that first video is about the funniest thing I've ever seen---from total elation and tears of joy to a near-nervous breakdown in 5 seconds. Priceless. Some of the fans seriously seem about to cry after Kentucky tied the game--and then are in disbelief moments later. Check out the guy in the lower left corner of the video in the gray t-shirt: His reaction is funny in a quiet way because he knew, after Kentucky had scored, that there was still time left for UNC--you can see him purposefully trying to contain his emotion/happiness while everyone else is going wild--and then when UNC scores he's like a boiling teapot that's ready to blow its top. Rubes.

These are people's lives and livelihoods we're talking about. I don't think the specter of making college football less exciting is a good argument for forcing people to attend college for some arbitrary minimum amount of time before they can go on to do something which does not require a college education.

I didn't watch the game but I heard the officiating was terrible the whole game. I don't think it's the main reason why UK lost though. After watching highlights, it was UK's lack of defense towards the end of the game that cost them. Maye was wide open for the game winner.

I will compliment the Ky players on how hard they played. It appeared to me, even though I was pulling for NC due to a bet I made at start of the tournament, that Ky wanted it more. Today UNC has a better team, deeper team but in 5 yrs, if these two rosters meet again, KY would kill them by 50 pts. There are more NBA potential stars on KY than on UNC.

And the refs did suck....

John Higgins (one of the refs) has a long history with UK and Cal. I genuinely think he doesn't like the school/coach/whatever, because every single game he's been in there have been massively wrong calls against UK. For a school like UK to have such a terrible record with one particular ref is quite puzzling.

It's bad for basketball as a whole to let some of these kids play 1 year and leave. They'll be about 30 freshman this year go early and most of them won't make an NBA roster. I'd like to see them have to stay 2 years, most of these kids don't have any fundamentals and it hurts them against great players

Anyone seen the news about Kentucky fans trying to ruin John Higgins (the ref) business? He has a roofing business and he has a Facebook page for it. Kentucky fans have gone to the page and posted terrible reviews or just cussing him out for making the bad calls. Stay classy Kentucky.

I think it's a lot of trolls trying to be funny and jump on a very dumb bandwagon. Not proud of them. They are the same people that will be cheering for Bama football in a few months.
