With the level of Stanford's football program you would think they would have a bigger following! I guess nobody gives a sh ite about college football in California.

They seem to care during the fall, but I guess they check out in the spring.

About 10 days ago I tried creating an account on VandyMania. I chose "yondates" as my username. They did not approve me for the forum, so I created another account. They too denied that username so I sent old Yates an email. I explained both accounts was me, and I had messed up on my first username, and wasn't sure why both was denied. I told him I tried making "DonYatesIsTheMan" as my username, but it was shortened for what ever reason. I gave him a sob story about how I looked up to him, and that he was a hero of mine, because I enjoy reading his stories when he's sticking it to the Vols. I kid you not, my account was suddenly approved after that email lol. I guess they figured out I was an imposter, because my account was deleted this morning.

There was a Vol fan posting over there that even identified himself as a Vol and was banned for simply posting "LOL!" to a thread that asked if Vandy would win the SEC Championship in 2015.

I wasn't really even trolling. In one thread about in state talent, I said it would be hard for 'us' to compete with UT yearly. In another thread Vandy is sure they have got a 2016 top instate player locked up. I said I hope UT doesn't come in and steal him from us. These two posts is what got me banned. I have emailed Yates today, and hoping I get my account reinstated. I'm sure some Vandy fan will read this and report it to him though.

You need to quit aggravating the dozen or so fans on the Vandy message board! They are a tight knit group ... lol

Oh yeah, they read VN more than their own board (because VandyMania's bulletin board style format sucks and they don't have many members). I'm sure they are well aware of this thread and that loser Don Yates will see your posts... Hey Don! Right here buddy! :the_finger:

Dozen might be a stretch. They have a thread talking about how others teams forums have to much traffic, and to many threads. They said they like theirs because it's easy to navigate due to the low amount of people posting. No matter what the thread is, UT ALWAYS gets brought up too. It's really hilarious.

So he stopped going to games after years waiting on an apology and they win their first mens national championship. Might not get that apology but might get paid to keep from coming back. Oh, the irony.

I just love how they act completely unconcerned about us recruiting at elite levels and taking all the instate talent.

If you ask most Vandy fans, we've been fielding squads with Bama-level talent for the past six years, and somehow four head coaches have completely failed to translate that enormous talent into wins.
