The Memphis Program is dying

I heard from a "meh" source (media guy) that Pastner was trying to whore himself to ASU in a big way and couldn't get them to take him seriously. Once he's gone from UM, he'll probably never be a head coach again.

Close enough. He was too busy lobbying for the job to do his expected annual end of the year press conference.

When he's fired next year, he'll never sniff a head coaching position again unless it's Ball State or Austin Peay.
