The Month of May

Great time. Sato made the best of a bad day. The passes were nutty. And the crowd was enthusiastic.

I wish the pace wasn't so high, felt like it was over so quick.

You have fun?

Passes were awesome. The race did go by very quickly.

I had a blast as always. I watched the replay last night. You could see our group everytime they showed the cars exiting turn one. Pretty funny to see yourself on tv so many times.

Ha! I haven't seen the replay, did they say why Sato spun?

I thought the race was boring for the most part. 'Cept for the start and the hand full of laps at the end. I'm not sure what they could do to make it any better though.

I also think they should move the time of the race to a different month. I would really like to go up there to see the GP but I can't do it in the same month I go for the 500. And if I have to chose I am going to chose the 500 every time.

I agree. After Lewis Hamilton took off at the start it was really boring.

I would love to attend the Spanish GP as well, but you're right, it's hard to get that much time off in one month.

I was talking about the GP of Indy being boring except for a few moments.

Live streaming of practice on IMS' web site. JPM just put down the fastest lap of the day. Currently track is closed for rain in the area.

You know what he meant. You are in the minority on that. IndyCar does not have the same following it had 20 or 30 years ago.

Why should we care, though? It's not something we're oblivious to. It would be like going in the FB forum and saying we'll lose 6-7 games this year because our O-Line is god awful.

Oh, I understand that whoever was posting was likely trolling. But my I have concern as a fan that this series is such a niche sport. I want to see the sport grow and thrive, because I think they have some of the best racing out there.

In terms of safety, Indy needs to make a lot of improvement.

.

Only way that's going to have it with a closed cock pit
