Terence Trent d'arby

I can't understand what happened to this guys career.

Chris Isaak, wicked game.

This guys career also. He had a voice like Roy Orbison

Rob Halford on Judas Priests version of Diamonds and Rust

I was a huge JP fan back in the day.... they were playing Starwood amphitheater in Nashville back in '86 and my buddy had backstage passes.... we were pumped.... drank like demons and ate weed muffins so we could stay stoned all night.... the joys of being young.... well.... we were backstage and here comes the band..... right as they walk by Rob Halford reaches out and grabs this dude and starts frenching him..... our minds were blown because he hadn't come out of the closet yet..... my buddy looked at me in shock and said "wtf did we just see?"..... we couldn't believe it..... we were dumbfounded the rest of the night. .... it was s buzzkill ..... he went from bad ass to swamp ass in an instant.

There's also a live version to Cornell covering this when Temple of the Dog toured last year.

I was going to add Chris Isaak for Wicked Game also...It surprises me that Sarah Maclachan hasn't been mentioned more.
