The funniest part is how many more likes said post got compared to yours.

People are strange depending on their personal point of view. If you have too few posts on VN, your post/opinion is invalid. If you have too many posts on VN, your post/opinion is invalid. According to a small minority of basement dwellers.:)

Yep. Were you at the food tent when the FSU guy ran through wearing a cape and got pelted with food?

can't swear to that but i swear i did pass them both on the way out and they were crying....could have been from the cigar smoke...

somebody post a pic of those guys/persons

I'd like to see some pics. None of my group thought to take a camera. We did take cigars to celebrate the victory. I do remember that when we pulled into the parking lot, a car load of FSU fans pulled in next to us. As they got out of their car, they were already in full smack mode. After all the back and forth, I told the guy that I knew one thing for sure. He asked what. I said that when the game is over, his bunch would be long gone and we'd still be celebrating our victory. I don't know how old you were then, but there was a lot going on in the local bar scenes in Tempe and Gilbert. I remember that the football merchandise in the store windows was running 3-1 in favor of the Vols and, I remember the big Orange moon that night.

Maybe, are you 100 yet? I've got the DVD and watch it several times a year. My friends flew in and we celebrated New Year's Eve at my house. Then, we drove over to Gilbert and stayed with another friend for the week. It was a great time. All the local bands were playing Rocky Top at the bars and various tailgate. Being at the front of the line when the Pride came out before the game was a big thrill.

I just looked back at your post of 18 + 16 = 35. Although, you're off one number for the answer, if you add those numbers, you'll only be off one number of my age.

I won that one but
the bet ain't with you it's with your handlers

I thought it would be how this years team would sneak into the playoff at 10-2 and win it all. Good story tho.

We had 1 good recruiting class, and got another one going so why don't we get to a bowl before we talk NC, check with me in 17 then I can tell you where we stand when coach took over there was less talent on the team than I ever saw on our team in 42 years as fan, we got to be patient, we were the last pickle in the barrel when coach took over, like he said BRICK by BRICK, I would like to throw a block in there to speed it up but we cant, or it will FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF the process up.

Amazed no one has said anything about this pedigo classic.

completely irrelevant.

I would expect nothing less from good ole Terry.
