the new muscled up bray...

Dooley and Sal told him not to get into great shape until after his UT career was over. They wanted to make sure we had a good chance to lose all the important games.

Better coaches than I thought... damn if it didn't work.

Guys with Bray's build don't magically put on 25+ pounds of pure muscle over three months...unless its, well, a magic potion.

Egggggggxactly. Love him or hate him, root for him or not.

Disclaimer: I personally didn't like him as our quarterback (attitude thing not skill thing), and I do hope he does well in the pros, because I agree its good pub for the Vols.

Still looks like he could work out the stilts a little more... Definitely not bad though, considering you could see his ribs in the other pic.

His build? Bray was significantly bigger last year, were people just not paying attention? It is straight stupid to be accusing Bray of anything other than working hard.

funny that suddenly he has the ability to bulk up and get straight. Almost like he actually wanted to/cared about it.... unlike his unmotivated time at UT

Bray may be physically prepared, but his problems have always been mental. Nobody in the NFL is gonna hold his hand for long.

Yes because he told you how he felt and prepared every day

First it was bray needs to stop being immature with throat slash and just shut up and play football, then he does just that and everyone says he doesn't care....our QB wasn't the problem . It was the other Qbs against us that were causing the problems

A little off subject but...I'm curious how we'll look back on brays tenure in a few years. On one hand he came in with very little help and stability around him and really showed some moxie and gave us something to be excited about. On the other hand, he never really exhibited the leadership you must have out of your qb to be successful in a league of great teams. And he didn't play his best football with the game on the line. I believe last year 5 different times we had the ball at the end of the game with an opportunity to either tie or win and every drive resulted in us turning the ball over and losing. I think 2 bray fumbles and 3 ints. Those aren't really solid numbers. Either way I wish him luck and hope he succeeds.
