How bout Kessling being announcer at Neyland and Jeff doing Play by Play? I mean, us Vols have to start believing that stuff in Ktown CAN get done again!

I thought Kesling was bad until I had to listen to Ole Miss's radio guys announce our game vs them in '09. It was painful. Kesling may not be good, but it could be soooo much worse.

God he's terrible.

Kesling's burdened with following one of the best ever, but he's a quality announcer. You guys were spoiled with Ward.

Kesling isn't that bad. People just love John Ward.

Case in point, people love John Ward's call at the end of the 1991 ND game where he announced the was good then corrected himself.

If Kesling made the same mistake he would be crucified by Vol fans.
