Well, we are overrated. Or at least we are until next week's rankings come out. We are not the best team in the country. I still believe we're a top 10 team though.

Georgia didn’t either and I think they even knew that, it was the pressure that killed us. Our OL and blocking in general was horrible. There were many times our WR’s got behind the DB’s.

Doesn’t Georgia have a future first rounder in the secondary complimented by a trove of 4 and 5 stars …. As well as a D line that is stacked as much (which I would agree was the larger issue)?

Not sure Mizzou, SC, or Vandy have that luxury

I could NOT disagree more. Great teams lose. It is difficult to go undefeated in college football and TN beat five ranked teams.

We lost on the road at AP #1 team in country. We played bad but loss by only 14.

Our wins this yr:
1. @ Pitt - ranked #15 or #16 @ the time

2. FL- huge rivalry game

3. @ LSU- top
20 when we played and now #10 and we won by three scores

4. Bama- huge rivalry game. #6 in country

5. KY- #18 when we played them and we steam rolled them.

Easy wins- UT Martin, Akron and Ball State

Nobody comes close to our resume.

There were SEVERAL times their DB’s were easily beat. The blitz killed us because it got Hooker in a frenzy and he wasn’t seeing those open shots a lot of the time.

In order to break down that UGA defense, you need a QB that can improvise (Bryce Young)
Bama is going to offer something that we don't yet have when they meet UGA in Atlanta. But...still I'm putting my money on UGA. Their offense is pretty damn efficient

I have been watching two of our future opponents play and I have no fear. These are two of the worst defenses I have seen in a while. Not a chance either will stop us at all. The blitzes that GA used can be schemed against. Our left tackle couldn't find the Blitzer.

And Hype can adjust and hit the running back rolling out of the backfield. We just had to just them to protect on passing downs and they had our signals down due to crowd noise.

It’ll be Tennessee and Georgia in the championship game at a neutral site.

Before or After the CFP. Thing about it is that 4 teams not 2 get to play for it. You have to get to the top 4 before you can be considered. Duh I know, but 5-6 weeks a lot can happen.

We were never good enough to be ranked #1. It was an illusion and at least a year too soon. Not a chance in hell we make the CFP with this loss. Anyone that thinks differently is delusional. Be mad, incredulous, etc, and so on but it won't change a thing.
