The Official #1 Tennessee @ #8 Florida Game Thread, 7:00 PM ET, ESPN2

I'm not going crazy or raising alarms, but I do worry that Estrella injury and Carr injury/transfer is going to take its toll on us over course of regular season depth wise.
Yep depth is a problem. If we can’t get Dubar and Boswell to provide some quality minutes we
may get worn down as season extends.

Gators are also a matchup as well tons of size and good guard play. Teams that run are going to be best at beating them, smaller teams that slow it down to run half court without being able to drive downhill have to shoot well or they lose.

Florida definitely played with an intensity that Tennessee couldn’t or wouldn’t match. Credit to them.

Besides Tennessee’s awful play, one thing that annoyed me was about this game was that Florida whined about EVERY foul that was called on them…the players on the court, the players on the bench, the coaches, the fans, EVERYONE complained about EVERY call, even up by 30. It‘s like they think fouls are only for the other team.
Their coach is SEC basketball’s version of Drinkwitz. Jumping around like a player on the bench or a frat boy in the stands. Up by 30+ late in the game and don’t clear your bench and give the walkons some court time in front of the home crowd.

Can't disagree. Looking forward to Florida coming TBA.

Their coach was annoying most of the game, but only because he's the opponent and beating the crap out of us. I must say it was interesting, however, to see how a young, hungry coach (this generation) behaves vs a senior, hungry coach. The blend is Pearl and there are moments when I miss that.

Feb 1st @ our place will be interesting. Also interesting is we play Miss State, Auburn and... Kentucky the three games prior

We sort of looked as though we were in a coma tonight and already worn down

What I'm curious to see is how this team reacts to this embarrassing loss. How they play vs Texas and going forward will tell me a lot about their make up. Are they really contenders or just another pretender.
Yep exactly. Saturday just became the most important game of the year rn.
