The Official #1 Tennessee @ Kentucky Thur-Sat Game Thread (Thur. 7PM EST SEC NETWORK) (Fri. 6:30PM EST SEC NETWORK+) (Sat. 2PM EST SEC NETWORK +)

you might enjoy The Third Man (1949). When students say they just can't watch a film that's not in color, this is the film I screen that converts them.

Unmatched B&W artistry. Unmatched movie making. One of - if not the best movies ever made IMHO. Like Kubrick, Welles was a genius, and this was his masterpiece of masterpieces. Highly recommend it, even if only for the unusual and strange zither music!

Steve McQueen’s LeMans, if you like motorsports.

A lot of my favorites, too. I would add Clint Eastwood's "Unforgiven," and
Excellent choice. If you like Steve McQueen and motorcycles, the Great Escape.

Other excellent B&W movies: Key Largo (Bogie and Bacall), Citizen Kane (Orson again), Stalag 17, It Happened One Night (Gable and Colbert)

Forgot to Add: Requiem for a Heavyweight w/ Jackie Gleason and Mickey Rooney (cameo appearance by Cassius Clay), and "The Hustler" w/ Paul Newman and Gleason.

Any old Eastwood movies, without question.
I’m liking Paul Newman’s stuff too.
