Quick question. How many games does any team win when they struggle to score? The MSU starter pitched very well. He hit his spots. His hook was very good. It happens. Good pitching beats good hitting. Almost every timeSo for the ones that called me a troll or ignorant.. whatever, I don’t even care. I’ll give my reasoning of why I said what I said. We scored 6 runs in a loss to Auburn. Other than that we scored 2 in 3 losses and 3 in a loss. Point was is baseball isn’t what it used to be and when we struggle to score, it doesn’t fare well for us. In our wins, we score a lot of runs.
I’ll never be sorry for winning, but I do feel for State fans. Their cowbells are annoying but they’re good people. I sat on the visitors side in the ‘19 game. We had a lot of fun friendly jabbing and telling stories. One even bought me a beer.So Missus-sloppy State is 25 runs better than yesterday, yet the defending National Champions STILL lose to the BaseVols & won't even make it to Hoover!
I’m exited to see Beam out there again tomorrow after the rest last week. I’m hoping Beck gets a couple hits to get him his mojo back although I thought he looked better tonight than last night. Balls just weren’t dropping for him.
