I think you are correct in that coaching staff has decided they just aren't going to mess with our young pitchers and more than that, that Evan has his hands full learning the behind the plate craft and they aren't going to overtax him with a big effort to stop the running game. I can't recall any losses this year that came from that weakness. But to be fair, no excuse for so many bad baserunning decisions we seem to make. Better of late tho.

Yeah, I get that it is some of both. Just unsure why Frank doesn't work with the pitchers to hold them closer.
