Yeah, I realized at the end of the game that I didn't think about the refs much. The way I like it.

I’ve always said the only thing worse than sec football refs are sec basketball refs. Blows my mind as much money as this conference has they still have part time officials.

It just tells you that the quality of the product isn't the top priority, because if they can see the continuous egregious officiating in both sports and still pinch pennies with regard to the cost of officials, then it must not be on top of the list of things to invest in.

Maybe I’m wrong but it seems to me that it is Not often that TN gets wins with Pat Adams on the floor. Gut feeling without Actualy checking stats. Just dread seeing him on the floor.

Wasn't able to watch the game last night. Saw that we won, good road win in the SEC. Woo boy, just finished reading the entire game thread, what an emotional roller coaster!

Would never subject myself to reading a game thread from start to finish. I can barely stomach checking in occasionally during commercial timeouts.

100% true.

Any attention is good attention, and that includes the idiotic dog and pony show with the "committee" every week with their "explanation" of the rankings. The more controversial, the better - anything to keep CFB in the headlines 24-7-365.

If I’m watching the game alone, I’ll occasionally check the game thread during long commercial breaks. But, only if it’s a competitive game. Never ever if we’re shooting poorly and trailing - just don’t need to expose my brain to that level of negativity.
