Not seeing championship caliber strategy, process or methodical close outs in the Mississippi State or the Vandy games, they were wins, but the blown leads, walks, passed balls, and pitching failures won't work in the Super Regional or the College World Series, not sure where Amic's barrells have gone, but he hasn't had a hit in the SEC tournament.

These tournament games do matter, they set the intensity or lack thereof as you start the road to the College World Series.

Just look at us last year and when MSU won the national title. They got run ruled in 2 losses in the SECT. These games don’t have any bearing as long as teams prepare correctly. It’s the long game.
