Fair enough. Absolutes never win. I was talking more about central Mexico from what I understand based on the authentic Mexican I had. I think as you get close to Texas is where the spice kicks in.

The best thing about El Paso is the Tex-Mex food and the Lucchese boot outlet! I used to cross the border to go shopping but no don’t know how safe that is anymore. Juárez looks like an ocean of lights at night.
