Anybody in DC (specifically Alexandria) know a good place to watch the game? My wife wants to go out in Old Town tonight but I want to watch baseball. I would like to compromise :)

There are a few like that in all sports sad very sad. I coached and help coach on 2 different travel teams, and we never got close to over pitching a kid. But there's always others think it makes them special by winning at all costs.

oh you jest...170 pitches a total of 6 SO....3 days rest....I not sure ASU SHOULD start him should save him for Game 2...

I believe it was Tullahoma when they had the Sheffield kids... the coach would not pitch the ace in the sectional game because he did not have enough rest. One of the players parents was irate along the lines of "you took away my kids chance to play in the state tourney" and the coach was like... yeah I am not going to ruin a million dollar arm for a high school game.

I will look at Chadwicks. We went to Union St. Pub a couple weeks ago, they had a few TVs, but they were small and up in the corners of the place.

Yeah, that’s how I remember it. There used to be a mediocre pizza place that had a lot of TVs, but I think it is gone.

WREK 91.1 FM. ESPN is fn w me, so having to listen. Announcers are decent. Top of 2nd. Campbell just hit HR, then a double. Still early. 1-0.
