Exactly. Today would've likely been a side say for him anyways. Instead of throwing in a pen he got his work in on the mound. He's probably the guy if we need a Monday game.

All good points. I think he doesn't throw tomorrow if Beam pitches well into the game and gives us a lead to work with. Joyce might pitch to a batter or two the way he did Friday nite, using him like a specialist against right handers.

Was really impressed with tonight’s W. Campbell seemed to be as good of an opponent as we’ve faced all year. And we showed why we’re the best in country. Our depth top to bottom—lineup to bullpen—is unmatched.
