He was no doubt. Just wish he’d go str8 toward the rim when he gets it within 5 ft and hope for a foul or dunk rather than short finessed jump hooks. He would be such a freak with any kind of up and under move tho. And his athleticism could allow him to learn that over time too.

Strikes me as someone that will step out gracefully without being led out doddering, falling and drooling. He’s got a plethora of great sounding boards and resources at his disposal.

I gets a fuzzy looking forward to the next few years and plan to savor every minute of it!

I’m hopeful that Coach Barnes has permanently elevated the profile of Tennessee men’s basketball. A national championship would certainly solidify that. I don’t see us returning to the Buzz years once he retires, particularly with White as AD.

Yes, that’s kinda the point of a game thread isn’t it? Games are an emotional rollercoaster. Mood changes from one play to the next and the posts are a running commentary on what just happened. The next play may elicit a post from the same person that is in complete contradiction to their last (we stink, we’re great). I’m one of those. It’s a weird cathartic outlet for me to stave off real outbursts that scare my dog and anger my wife! I feel like that should be common knowledge in a game thread. You aren’t going to see all positive replies unless the game is entirely going the Vols’ way. I’m thinking about adding a signature to my posts that say “pay little attention to comments made during a game as they don’t truly reflect the beliefs of this crazy fan!”
