Pressure tends to tighten in the postseason, especially when you're the top seed. ND is the underdog and played like they had nothing to lose, because they didn't. We, OTOH, have everything to lose. Not a good combination.

I thought the Irish would small ball us tonight, but they came out punching with power that they dont typically show. Vols shut them down for last innings but there was not consistency to their hitting and I will say that the home ump helped with that somewhat.

I think that’s an overreaction. We had some early errors and missed pitches that changed the outcome of the game.

Good points, but nows the time where your team that has been fighting together in the trenches shows what they are really made of.

I like our chances because we’ve shown grit all season, although we did ourselves no favors by starting this way.
