This weekend took a toll on me! I found a nice spot, under some trees, laid my seat back and took an hour long nap, while it rained this morning!
Good thing we’ll have this weekend wrapped up by Saturday evening.

A weird calm has come over me today. All of my nervousness and anxiousness about this Notre Dame series is gone. Whatever happens, happens! Nothing from this point forward will take away from what this team has accomplished, the enjoyment I’ve had watching them play and the memories I’ve made with my oldest boy.
This baseball team is special and I will go to my grave, knowing this is one of the greatest baseball teams ever, regardless of the outcome.

I've learned if we win the game that's great .... if we lose the game that's alright too.

How about this: Blade/Sewell/Dolly if needed Game three. If Dolly doesn't pitch in this series it's OK, he might need the rest, Sewell is well rested and a veteran of the wars. Beam and Burns are in reserve if one of the starters falters.
