Umps do it pretty often actually. Even if they dont push the guy they usually start telling them to run. Because 90% of the time after that the game becomes bean ball and players start getting thrown at.Va tech was pretty ticked off in their presser too.
This brings up another point regarding umpires and celebrations... i.saw in a different game an umpire push a player that was watching his HR, the ump wanted him to start his trot and I noticed the ump was yelling at Beck when he was watching and spiking the bat. Where is the rule and authority they have with stopping a player from admiring their shot?
