Anyone recall some of the UT faithful being concerned with fielding. This team is clicking on all cylinders. Only deficiency is giving up stolen bases.

Base running needs to get cleaned up too but that can be said about every team nowadays. They are just so good that they cover up those deficiencies and it’s almost a nonissue.

true, however I will say regarding Burke or any other player, I'd rather see them get thrown out trying to stretch a double then loafing to first out of the box and getting a single when it should have been a double......as long as they don't get thrown out more than once

I wasn’t born and raised a Vol fan seeing as I didn’t step onto campus until I was 29. But, I’ve paid my dues (i.e. the Wyoming game, yikes!)

My kids are born and raised here and have also paid their dues (i.e. the Georgia state game, yikes!) There were times that I wondered if I sentenced them to big orange doom.

Following this team makes it all worth it and makes me feel much better about raising the kids in orange.

Yeah, there was a special feeling in the air this morning. UT is SEC champs and we whipped UGA to make it happen. Yesterday was an absolutely wonderful day for Vol fans living in the land of dawg. Chest is out. Orange is on. Truck flags are flyin'. Gonna savor this.
