This is exactly what I was talking about a few weeks back and got ridiculed for it. Joyce brings a lot of heat, but he serves up too many hittable pitches. The 2nd time through the lineup was always going to be a gamble.

Admittedly, Ben serves up a few 103 mph lollipops.

We still have a couple of years to improve.

Probably not, but he is better suited as a closer or possibly a middle reliever while only facing each batter once. He is fast, but his movement is not good enough for long outings IMO
