Beam went so deep into games for a good stretch. As a freshman, I certainly think some rest would be a good idea.

Do you think he has been our steadiest arm, as far as the weekend starters? Or am I crazy?

We’ve seen some great outings by all of our starters. Don’t think I’m qualified to rank them but Beam has certainly contributed his fair share to our success.

That’s fair. I just feel like with the other guys, I’ve had a few uh oh moments, I don’t recall that with Beam?
Maybe because other teams aren’t as deep as us, in their weekend rotation and we’ve given him more of an offensive cushion to work with as we’ve roughed up the opponents Sunday starters? I’d be curious to see our offensive production by Friday vs Saturday vs Sunday.
I truly feel that we have 4 Friday night arms and Joyce May be turning into #5!
You are right though, we are blessed with some serious arm talent and I am confident in any of them!

May I ask a question? Let’s say your the HC at UVA and you are watching film of Tennessee. How would you feel about YOUR pitching compared to ours? No. I did not randomly pick UVA?
