Vols have seen better pitching this year, IMO. Doesn’t look like he is doing anything really special. Becks at bats have been pretty bad as well as a cpl others.

And against their AcE, you can’t have base running errors, right?

Beck has looked at several really good pitches and immediately gave the umpire lip. He needs to swing the bat

They have a 1st base coach who is supposed to know better. That was freaking asinine.

First base coaches have little to do with a runner headed to 2nd. The ball is in front of the runner and runner is watching the play all the way. It is their decision to go for it. 1B coach is out of runner’s line of sight. It’s different for 3B coach as he is watching the play and the runner typically has his back to the outfield.
Just aggressive base running.

Base running error that shouldn’t have happened. It’s happened several times this year. In tourney play it can cost you a game. Heck it can cost you a game in SEC play.
