Normally winning 1 game in the tourney isn't that special but I think handing Vandy a 4th loss in a season might be worthy of a sip of something off the top shelf.

Secondly, Kirby Connell is a key reliever who has pitched 30.2 innings this year and maintains a 3-0 record and 1.17 ERA. Despite his impressive stats he is also known for being a Vol fan favorite for his spirit and community service, as evidenced by his selection to the SEC Community Service Team this year. As previously noted, he is the son of preacherman20, who is a contributor to this board whose perspective is greatly appreciated by baseVol fans.
